FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you charge VAT?

Yes, all our prices shown are EX VAT.

 

Do you Price Match?

Yes we do - providing the product is identical and you forward us a copy of the official alternative quotation so that we can make sure we are quoting like for like in terms of both product and branding details.

 

Do you provide samples?

Yes we are always happy to supply samples to you to ensure the product is suitable before ordering. The majority of samples will be free of charge for you to keep, however some items we may have to charge for unless they are returned within 30 days.

 

How do I place my order?

Please call us on 01752 847829 or email us at info@almegaltd.co.uk with your requirements and we will send you a bespoke quotation. If you are happy with our quotation and wish to proceed with an order, just reply to our email confirming this with quoting  your order number or attach your official order form and final artwork in the correct format. Please include the delivery address and the date you need the order by – if needed for specific date. We will respond to this email so that you know we have received it and will forward final proofs for you to agree, before your order goes into production.

 

What artwork is required?

Artwork needs to be supplied in an editable, vectorised format such as EPS, AI or PDF files. Simply attached your artwork to your order email.

 

Do you keep artwork on file?

Yes, we keep your artwork on file to make reordering and ordering new products with the same personalisation easy.

 

What if I don’t have artwork?

If you don’t have your artwork in the correct format then don’t worry we can help you. Please contact us for details.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production lead times will be advised on our quotation as these depend on the product and the branding requirements, the average lead-time is approx 7 - 10 working days. Please note that if you need items quickly we can offer an express service on a selection of items.

 

What are your payment terms?

Once goods have been dispatched we will invoice you giving you 30 days to pay. Payments can be made by Bacs or over the phone by credit or debit card. Amex is not accepted.

 

What if I’m unhappy with my order?

If you have any problems with your order, For example, print details not as agreed on proof, order has arrived short or not as you were expecting. Please notify us within 7 working days of your delivery, and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your order.

 

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase however things do go wrong sometimes and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied if the products are faulty, please contact us within 28 days. We will ask you to send a selection of the faulty products back to us so that we can arrange replacements.
